Green Valley Ranch Golf Club is tucked away in small valley that winds through scenic prairie wetlands, but there is still easy access to downtown Denver. The golf course has a diverse landscape of towering cottonwoods, meandering creeks, and shoulder-high native grasses. The carefully sculpted fairways and greens were designed to sit right into the landscape. The scenic land that the golf course inhabits is state protected and the designer of the course, Perry Dye, took great care in creating a design that blended seamlessly with nature. Green Valley Ranch Golf Club is also home to a par-3 golf course that serves as an excellent practice round.

- This course is fun and challenging for all levels. Play the tips for a terrific low handi challenge. Fairways are equal in condition to courses twice the price. Great warm up facility (range balls inc with my round). Excellent putting green and chipping practice area. Coupons/discounts are plentiful. Last min tee times were relatively easy to get (played in June 2012). Add this course to your Greater Denver area 'courses to play' list.Nice design and some fun holes. Not as well maintained as the munis in the area. Way overpriced considering it's condition. Very unfriendly pro shop staff.i am a newer about golf,but i am interested in it. i want to improve my golf by taking part in golf courses.

A great course for visitors arriving DIA. I host a group of 8 that start our Colorado Golf Binge on Sunday afternoon at GVR then move on up to the mt. courses. A wonderful routine.
